The advantages and benefits of a dedicated team
When purchasing a laser script machine from ourselves, unlike importing
a machine direct from overseas, our service doesn’t end there at the point of
order. With a dedicated team of engineers, not only do we set up, we also train
and support our customers in getting the best from your equipment.
Step 1. When ordering a machine we want to make sure you are ordering
something that is perfect for your needs. The first steps into the world of
laser cutting and engraving are exciting ones and for some, open up a world of
imagination. We also offer demonstrations on site in Elland on Fridays which
are open to anyone, we would be very happy to hear from you if you would like
to attend.
Step 2. Scheduling and planning the delivery. We recently overhauled
the logistics department, brought new staff in and overhauled our processes to
better serve all customers and aim to be as efficient as possible. Quick and
accurate correspondence is the key, relevant forms emailed straight away and
then we can offer you a convenient date and allocate a qualified experienced
engineer out to you.
Step 3. Delivery and installation is something we take pride in, not
only do we get your machine installed, we will train up to 5 members of staff
at that point, and we won’t leave until you are happy with operating and
maintaining the laser machine. We give advice on how to look after the
different aspects of your machine, to get the most out of it and to make sure
how to set up in other locations.
Step 4. After sales. We recommend services to be done annually, we can
offer further training for additional staff and call outs if and when required,
for example to replace the laser tubes at the end of their lives. We are just a
phone call or an email away. Unlike importing a machine, 1 advantage of
purchasing a machine direct from HPC, we offer personal support to all of our
customers with our onsite dedicated support department. We try and resolve any
concerns over the phone and then we can get an engineer to visit, the very same
ones that install, set up the machines and train all our customers.
Step 5. Have fun, enjoy the laser cutters and go wild with your
imaginations.
